How to Fix DirectX Errors in Old Games on PC (Windows) | How to Run Old Games DirectX Fix
In this video, I'll show how to fix DirectX errors and problems in old games. Many video games require legacy DirectX components, otherwise some of these games will not even launch, and not even run. However, installing this software is not quite trivial, because if you have a newer version, you may be unable to install the correct legacy version.
For this reason, follow the steps of my video to be able to correctly install the legacy DirectX components required to play and run old video games.
1. Go to the Internet
2. Search for "DirectX legacy runtimes"
3. Open the page
4. Click on "Download"
5. Right-click anywhere - Move your mouse to "New" - Select "Folder"
6. Call the folder "DirectX"
7. Run the installer
8. Click on "Browse"
9. Select the folder you created
10. Extract the files
11. Open the folder you created
12. Scroll down
13. Click on "DXSETUP"
14. Click on "Agree" - Click on "Agree" again
15. Restart your computer
