No one becomes successful completely on their own. If you want to get your dream job, you'll have to learn how to network. Yes, having the right skills and qualifications is necessary, but so is having a strong professional network because at the end of the day, hiring decisions are made by people. And by getting in front of the right people, you'll give yourself the best chance of success. Networking is about building relationships, and you'll need to be strategic as you do this. In this video, I'm going to share one of the networking strategies that helped me get my dream job: identifying the right people to connect with.
