After finishing the arrange, I figured out this song is a cover of "E? Aa, Sou." (え？あぁ、そう。), a Vocaloid song made by Chouchou-P, which has already been arranged by at least two people. Anyway, the vocal cover has some minor differences here and there, and I feel like my arrange is different enough to still be worth uploading.
Fun fact: The name of the vocal cover is a word play on the title of the original song. The kanji 絵, which means painting, is pronounced "E", so the title still reads like the original "E? Aa, Sou.", while having a different meaning.
