This song is quite interesting, and it's entirely in 5/4, uncommon thing to see!
Instead of leaving out important parts of the melody I decided to go with the scheme I used in Yukizakura: adding a "middle" hand (in green) to the arrange, which sometimes it's virtually impossible to play (if you want to also play the left and right hand, that is).
