The section focuses its interests on the fundamental problems of superconducting electronics, including quantum devises (Josephson junctions, SQUIDs, microwave single photon detectors, qubits, etc.), cryogenic measurement devices and systems (low noise amplifiers, sensors, voltage standards, automatic cryogenic measurement systems and algorithms of automatic measurement parameters of cryogenic electronics, etc.), as well as elements of power electronics operating at cryogenic temperatures.
