Within the secti on, it is planned to discuss the history and prospects of the development of informati cs andelectronics in the context of solving humanitarian problems of society. Any technology is designed tomeet people's needs. At the same ti me, understanding what people need, what results need to be obtainednow, and which will be in demand only in the long term prospects is a non-trivial task that requires combiningthe eff orts of technical specialists with the eff orts and knowledge of specialists in various fi elds ofhumanitarian science. It is planned to discuss a wide range of issues related to the humanitarian aspects of thedevelopment of informati cs and electronics within the stated secti on. The following list is proposed as topicsfor discussion:
1) epistemological and ontological aspects of technology development: informati cs and electronics in thecontext of ontological ideas;
2) development of informati cs and electronics in diff erent historical conditi ons: role of social processes in thetechnology development;
3) requests of society as a conditi on for the development of technology- forecasti ng requests from society forthe future development of informati cs and electronics;
4) technology and ethics: how moral norms adopted in society aff ect the development of technology.
