How to automatically download files.
In this video you’ll learn how to download files automatically, saving you considerable time.
The first thing you’ll need to do is install the desktop app, available for both Windows and Macs.
Start the app, and login using your Filemail credentials.
On the left side are various options for you to choose from.
Click on Settings.
Scroll down till you come to Auto Download Settings.
Click to enable auto download.
You will be presented with more granular settings now.
Define where you would like to save the files.
You can organize the automatically downloaded files by using various tags. I’ll leave that as is.
You can also define how recent a file you would like to download.
I’ll change this to 24 hours, as there are no old files in the account.
You can also have a sound played when you are receiving a transfer. I’ll leave that off.
Click on Save.
You’ll see in the bottom-left corner that Auto-Downloader is on.
