How to brand your account.
In this video you’ll learn how to make your Filemail account consistent with your branding.
We’ll cover how to change colours, add your logo, and background image to your custom subdomain.
From the options on the left hand side, click on Branding and Emails.
Click on Upload New Logo, and select the file you want to use.
A little below you’ll see the ability to upload a custom background, so let’s do that by clicking on Upload new background image.
Select the file you want to use as the background image.
You have the option to disable generic backgrounds, so let’s do that.
Next, let’s change the colour of the buttons, which you can do by putting in the hex value of the desired colour.
The row below that let’s you change the footer text on the homepage. Just type in what you want the footer to say.
You can change some of the text that appears on emails that are sent out by Filemail on your behalf.
Options here include the ability to change the language used in the email, the maximum number of files that show in the email.
You can change the default email subject, and the default email signature.
Finally, you can define if you want thumbnails of shared files to be shown in the email or not.
Click on Save to update the settings.
