Hagfish, also known as slime eels, have been eating our Lobster bait before the Lobsters can get to it. I've heard of people catching these slime eels and I'm wondering it I can use them as Lobster bait. People use these eels for more than just bait, they dry them for leather, and even eat them! It got us thinking...what do they taste like? Well, lets find out! We're going to cook up a couple of the eels we catch and see how they taste!
