The Jonah Crab has become a huge issue for us while lobstering. These crabs infiltrate our lobster traps and eat all of the bait before lobsters can get to it. While lobstering today we estimate that we caught around 12,000 crabs! We decided to keep a few to put through a contest, the losing crab gets cooked. We wanted to find out if these crabs taste any good or if they’re just a huge nuisance.
