The hallway is the most active traffic area and it is there that the parquet usually wears out the fastest. It was in the hallway in my previous rented apartment that I lifted the planks, completely cleaned each plank and returned it to its place with new glue.
In this apartment, lifting the entire floor is a very expensive pleasure. And I just don't see the point.
Result: the brain and I decided: let's take Pur (glue) at least in the hallway. So that it doesn't creak and everything is smooth and without cracks. After all, a lot of dirt accumulates at the entrance, which we can bring in on our shoes from the street.
The hallway is small - you can allocate time for it and a little effort. Ps: I am incredibly glad that the floors in this apartment are different from the previous one - for me, this is an excellent experience in the restorer's piggy bank. ❤️
