Fast Packing Around the Lakes | Insta360 Go2
Cracking Two day hike and camp with Mike. The original plan had to be shelved on account of Mike's love for the 'Tarn' and is desire to swim in every single one.
Set off late from Dungeon Ghyll in the Langdale Valley and up past Stickle Tarn and camped up near the Pike of Stickle on Martcrag Moor.
We set off early circumvented Rossett Pike over to Angle Tarn. Mike just had to have a dip here. To be fair, the weather was seriously hot. We decided to yomp it over to Sprinkling Tarn and taking the views of Great end.
We decided to yomp it down to the Langdale Valley after a little ascent of Rossett. Views were just epic!
Back to Langdale and up to Blea Tarn for our final night. Ideally, would have preferred a more lofty camp. But the views over the Langdale Pikes were ideal.
All filmed on my new Insta360 Go2. What a camera! Sadly, I postioned it wrong on a couple of occasions and I need a little cover for the mic.
But so impressed and equal to the GP9 IMHO for a fraction of size and weight.
