Showcasing Keqing and all of her Skills/Talents, Constellation Info (in the description below) and Combat.
Keqing is a recently released 5-star Electro/Sword unit. She can be summoned from both the Standard Wish as well as the Beginner's Wish (limited to 20 pulls, but at a discounted rate, higher chance to get characters since no 4/5-star weapons are included), which is where I got lucky and pulled her pretty much 2 hours into the game.

CONSTELLATION:
Lv.1:
Recasting E while one blade is already out (in other words, while teleporting) causes Keqing to deal 50% of her Attack DMG as AOE Electro DMG at both the start and ending point of her teleportation.
Lv.2:
When Keqing's normal or charged attacks hit electrified enemies, they have a 50% chance of generating an Elemental Particle (used to charge your ultimate). Can only occur once every 5s.
Lv.3:
Increases the level of Starward Sword (ultimate) by 3 levels.
Lv.4:
For 10s after Keqing triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction, her ATK is increased by 25%.
Lv.5:
Increases the level of Stellar Restoration (E) by 3.
Lv.6:
When initiating a Normal, Charged, Elemental (E) or Elemental Burst (Q) attack, Keqing gains a 6% Electro DMG Boost for 8s. This buff can be stacked independently for each of these attack types (meaning you can have max. 24% Electro DMG boost active at one time if you use your skills right).
