Closing EPDM granules in a Poured rubber wear layer
This is a good example of how EPDM granules are closed in a wear layer of a poured in place rubber system. Pay close attention to the trowel motion. Closing the granules means flattening them, so the entire surface is not jagged and there is a good bond between the granules and binder.
