Buy Stocks at Discounted Prices. Use This Tool!

I use it on the weekly and monthly charts to find quality ETFs and stocks
If I see a buy signal on a stock's weekly chart, I allocate 5-10% of my portfolio to that stock.
In a rare instance when the stock price falls lower, I look for a buy signal on the monthly chart, in which case I allocate another 5% of my portfolio to the stock.
I repeat this process until I have a basket of high-quality stocks (or 1 to 2 ETFs).
I then hold the stocks in my portfolio for 1-5 years for maximum results.
