The Sd.Kfz.234/4 is basically a Sd.Kfz.234/2 "Puma" with a 75 mm PaK 40 gun slapped on top of it.
It is Rank II and has a BR of 3.0. It's pretty rad and can be unlocked for seven Tank Mark of Distinction in Operation S.U.M.M.E.R. of 2017.
