If the Type 4 Chi-To was an equivalence of a Panzer IV F2/G
Type 4 Chi-To "Late" is a Panzer IV H of the Japanese tree line (or the J if you consider its turret rotation speed :l )
I think it is a worthwhile addition for the Japanese tree line. Unfortunately, it is the only new addition for the Japanese tree, but I'll take what it gets, and it'll definitely boost the Rank III performance of the Japanese players.
Good gun, Good armor, and good mobility. Like the big downsides I can see as of now is the flat turret face (Panzer IV shares this) and rather poor turn time and poor average turret rotation speed.
