Yes, the sixth sense has been irrefutably proven! Scientists at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) have found evidence of brain activity and the human sixth sense, which is activated by solar storms! Have you ever felt anything similar?
Just like animals that navigate by magnetic fields, humans also possess the sixth sense of magnetoreception.
After decades of study, they finally found irrefutable evidence that human brain activity is altered by changes in the Earth's magnetic field.
In a study titled "Evidence for a Human Geomagnetic Sense," scientists at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) found changes in human brain activity in the alpha band—responsible for the state of deep relaxation.
By placing people in a cage isolated from any stimulus, the scientists were able to alter the magnetic field surrounding the test subject—both its intensity and orientation.
The data clearly showed that some people (not all) do indeed possess this sixth sense—some quite acutely. The brain's alpha band was disrupted when the magnetic field was altered, just as it is when another sense, such as touch or taste, is stimulated.
Because it occurs unconsciously, scientists cannot say exactly what effects this might have on humans with such sensitivity. Perhaps some people's sleep may be disturbed by the stimulus, such as during a very strong solar storm.
New studies may help elucidate other open questions, such as whether this sensitivity can be trained to be consciously understood by people with this sensitivity.
