WD2E Mod Update 1 WIP - Scope Reticles
In WD1 sniper rifles have three sniper reticles which are distributed through the weapon models. This was partially removed in WD2, the system is still in place and the game attempts to use it, but it points to something that does not exist. This restores the scope reticle system, bringing back the textures from the first game with removed vignette and dirt similar to default WD2 scope reticle and also bringing back unused reticle textures from WD Legion's cut sniper scopes which have been slightly modified for the mod.
There will also be an optional file that brings back the scope dirt texture.
