Modern Patreon Deck Tech - Draconic Flickerburn
This Shadow Ultd. deck submission utilizes Dragon Tempest or Scourge of Valkas with flicker/blink effects to abuse the ETB abilities to burn the opponent to death. Failing that the deck should function as a decent aggro deck as well.
