Ward off Summer Boredom: Easy Scrunchie Tutorial!
Scrunchies: cute, simple, and classic. But did you know that scrunchies are also super easy to make? Gather your materials and follow along as I break down scrunchie making into simple steps!
Materials:
-18 x 3.5 in (45 x 9 cm) piece of fabric
-9 in (23 cm) piece of elastic/elastic cord/a broken hair tie
-Needle and thread
-Safety pin
-Scissors
Notes:
I am using a contrasting color of thread for all the sewing (so it is easier to see in the photos) but you should use a thread that matches your fabric for the best results. If you are using a broken hair tie, sew the two ends together. A broken hair tie is not long enough to tie.
