Stick Fighting: Cover Flow Drill With Counter Variation

This is a Long-Range Drill to switch from Covering to Countering (in this case by hitting the hand). This will help you to adjust the distance in order to hit the hand without being hit, out of a flow drill in what we could consider being a "covering range".
Very basic but essential as this reproduces bits of actual fighting dynamics.
