Thomas Keating at St. Joseph's Monastery in Spencer, MA and others in their thirties and forties, after noticing young contemplatives traveling to a nearby Buddhist meditation center, were inspired to share contemplative prayer that has had its roots in Christianity more widely. We too are challenged in how to share this prayer practice with others.
