For those of you who've been to Hot Hideout, you know what's up! They're famous for their unconventional mala toppings - think fried potatoes, fried fish, scrambled eggs, and of course, their signature Mala Collagen Soup. We just had to recreate it!

The best part about this collagen soup? No thick layer of oil! The collagen binds everything together, emulsifying the soup into a creamy, unbelievably shiok mala tang!
The beauty of making this at home is you can throw in whatever you like. Besides the usual suspects for the base, feel free to go wild with pork belly slices, cheese tofu, and veggies like cabbage, lotus root, broccoli, and more!
It's filling, hearty, easy to make, and the mala and collagen combo? Undefeated!
