Cabin for Sale
We checked out a cabin that's for sale near us. It needs a lot of work. 20 years ago a tree fell on the roof and rain and snow have been coming inside ever since. You won't beleive the mess we found inside. If we buy it we will take it down to the wall studs and start fresh.
What do you think ? Should we do it ?
