This dried beef cheese ball is a great way to keep you on the keto or paleo diet, but allow you to snack with it on things like Parmesan crisp, slices of salami, or even on vegetables like celery. Recipe:
2 - 8oz softened blocks of cream cheese
3 - scallions chopped
2.5 oz of dried or chipped beef
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp Accent (msg) - optional
