Understanding Landing Gear Extension and Retraction Sequence | Doors & Locks | Cockpit Indications
Hi. In this video we look at a Landing Gear's Extension and Retraction Sequence.
A single lever that moves up and down controls the entire retraction and extension sequence. During this sequence a set of locks engage, hydraulic pressure is utilized and a set of locks engage.
We see the cockpit of a A320 aircraft and see the different indications that are applicable during extension and retraction.
Please follow the correct SOP in an actual aircraft. This is just a tutorial!!
