Installing a ConFoam mud slab was a cost-effective alternative method to a traditional sand slurry. Manpower was reduced due to its self-leveling properties and great finish ablility. ConFoam used 6 bulk trucks of cement, eliminating 30 ready-mix trucks that would have otherwise congested nearby streets. Conco elected to install a heavier, 70 PCF material due to the potential for water to impact the site in the event of dewatering pump failure.
