This is just a silly interaction between The Creator and Lightning. I honestly love their dynamic and how it evolves over time.
Lightning met Ammon during dragon fights and over time became AHEM close to him. However, one day Lightnint was forced to fight Ammon. He refused, ofc, but then he was drugged into losing all sense of self and becoming more violent. So, under the influence, he killed Ammon and feels immense guilt. The Creator is using Lightnings guilt and grief against him.

I dont really like the shading during the animated parts but im so proud of that last shot that was literally so fun to draw I need to draw more gore hahahah
