3 MILK ICE CREAM CAKE / SILVANA KITCHEN
I'm sharing with you a delicious 3 leches ice cream cake!
Ingredients (20-24 cm) pan:
300 g Maria-style biscuits, wine, whichever you like best
100 g melted butter
Filling:
1 can cold evaporated milk
1 can cold condensed milk
400 g cold whipping cream
150 ml lemon juice (you can omit this part or substitute it with orange juice).
Decorate with Chantilly cream
Freeze for at least 4 hours. Then, to serve, remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving and return to the freezer once ready.
