In this video tutorial see how to gain access to three separate vendor storage chests within Neon City! Credit goes to Youtuber vNivara for this trick also. This requires a Power Boostpack, an optional Boost Pack Training (Rank 2), some optional Amp (for jump/movement boost) and sheer knowhow. These three chests unlike the New Atlantis three are much easier to get to and can be reset by waiting 48 hours and speaking with the vendors to open their inventories before going back to open the chests. You can also get "The Spacer" an Arboran exclusive unique weapon!
