Extruder E-1000 has been designed for production of:
-mixed feed for livestock, domestic animals and poultry: cattle, swine and pets (cats and dogs)
-full fat extruded meal from soybeans, rape and sunflower seeds with increased digestibility and harmful bacteria purifying.

The extruder is designed for production of full fat extruded meal from soybeans, rape and sunflower seeds with increased digestibility.

Full-fat extruded soybeans also known as a full fat soy is a product with increased digestibility and harmful substances purifying.
Optimally processed extruded full fat soybeans result in the following objectives:
1. Minimize trypsin inhibitors
2. Release of intra-cellular oil and natural tocopherols
3. Increase by-pass protein level
In dry extrusion, whole oilseeds can be used and this type of extruder has the ability to grind the oilseeds during extrusion processing. Dry extruders capitalize their source of heat through internal friction for cooking, and therefore no external steam or heat is injected into an extruder barrel during cooking.
Saving over 30 % of energy during soybeans, rape or sunflower seeds processing prior to oil extraction;
