One of the most important steps is the process of cooling. You cannot skip it or ignore it. Your task is to cool down the ready product to its safe temperature, otherwise some negative processes will occur such as protein denaturation and your feed will simply lose its quality.
This machine removes heat and vapor from the full fat soy, soy meal (oil cake) and other bulk products.
For example let’s take the soy meal (oil cake) its temperature right after it out the oil press is 110-120 °C.
But after the oil cake had been discharged from the cooler, its temperature is 10-15 degrees higher than the temperature in the shop.
