BOXmaker ULTRA gets a brand new improvement! Machine assisted color application via a unique color distribution system.
The upgrade allows for the operator to perform almost seamless color and print job changes, complemeting the unique automated, yet flexible
nature of the BOXmaker ULTRA.
Allong with changing colors via a system of pumps, reservoirs and injection units, washing of the printing rollers is also performed automatically
with little to no manual labor left for the operator to perform.
This improvement impacts the speed of changeover of print jobs and reduces the chances for an operator error during setup and production.
The system also allows for color recirculation which results in sustained quality of print with variations on the printed corrugated boxes
being equal to none.
