BOXmaker ULTRA-PVF-Corrugated cardboard box production line
Fully automated, Industry 4.0 box production line for small, medium and large runs. Corrugated cardboard boxes are produced on the BOXmaker ULTRA - PVF machine. After the release of the BOXmaker ULTRA, the next logical step was developing an automatic in feed system. The PVF standing for Platform Vacuum Feeder is consisted of automated lift platform with our unique "easy-fix" system. The easy-fix system enables the operator to manipulate the pallet effortlessly after it has been placed onto the platform by any means of external transport device (forklift or conveyor). Once the pallet is in place, the feeder takes over, picks up sheets and feeds the BOXmaker ULTRA through a material alignment sub-system, effectivelly preparing the sheet to be inserted into the BOXmaker. After the BOXmaker takes over, it's all the goodies our clients are already acustomed to - slitting down the length, cross cutting, creasing both longitudinally and transversally, slotting, die cutting, printing and glue application - all in a single pass! While the BOXmaker ULTRA is busy doing its magic, the PVF will, wasting no time, pick up the next sheet and prepare it for processing. This enables stable process, significant time savings and low downtimes. The implementation of the PVF system has not compromised any of the ULTRAs strong points the main ones being high level of automation and flexibility. The clever smart software and hardvare solutions are implemented with regard to the Industry 4.0 paradygm, effectivelly enabling the unit to communicate with external electronic systems. In practice, this means real time reporting covering a myriad of parameters as well as sending jobs to the machine from a remote location.
