TOP 8 THINGS TO DO AFTER INSTALLING LINUX MINT 18
In this video I will show What I did after installing Linux Mint 18 "Sarah" Cinnamon
1. Check for any updates from Update Manager, Do it ones a week, to be up to date 0:20
2. Check for any drivers for example: Video card drivers, new device drivers 2:42
3. Download Extra Browser, In this case I Installed Google Chrome Link : https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/ 3:10
4. Installing Dropbox You can find in the Software Manager 4:52
5. Any kind of text editor in this I installed BlueFish from Software Manager 6:04
6. Install Java JDK JRE for this I did a video How to install Java on Linux Link: • How to install Java JDK on Linux Mint... 6:25
7. Install Ubuntu-restricted-extras. This program includes Multimedia codecs. 6:57
8. In final step I just added more programs to install Kazam 7:18 Cheese 7:30 kdenlive 7:43 and so many programs you can find on Software Manager Install your favorite ones and enjoy Linux Mint
