We Survived a Snow Storm in Joe's Valley | AND Climbing Classics with Eiji from Japan
A couple Months ago I got connected with Eiji who was visiting the states from Japan. We planned to spend a couple days In Joe's Valley bouldering. Our trip got cut short do to bad weather. Despite this we still had a really fun time climbing a few classics before the storm totally derailed the day.
At the time of that I made this video, it had been many months since the last time i was in Joes Valley. This trip really reminded me of special the valley is. Sometimes it can feel hard to get motivated to drag myself down into the desert for a weekend but every time I do I remember why I first started doing this in the first place. There is just something about it that quiets the soul.
