Shadows on the Run Lyrics:
If you want to save us from
The house that is burning down
Lead us through the flame
Remember all our names
The soul is what is left
When the spirit dies
The past will not erase
An undying embrace
The spiraling away
And months of blood ahead
Like shadows on the run
We’ve summoned what is done
Searching high and low
For something to behold
With reverence and grace
Before its time to fade
Call it what you will
The deadliest of all
Takes all that we adore
And everything we’ve known
