After picking up a mother and her two young children, the woman began giving erratic directions, eventually telling the driver to cancel the ride and giving him $10 in cash. She then suddenly exited the vehicle in a warehouse area, walking away into the darkness and leaving her toddlers behind in the car. The driver, displaying incredible patience, waited for over two hours and made 12 desperate calls to the mother before finally contacting the police.
