NBC Always Thought We Wanted To See This
Only caught on this when I watched NBC's coverage after I saw a cut of Pavlova's routine from the BBC coverage (which broadcasts the main FIG world feed that most if not all but the USA receive and broadcast on their national television networks) and recognized the floor music 3 or so years ago and only remembered recently.
