The USN gets its first major strike in here with the USS Lexington and the USS Yorktown. We kick out some Dauntlesses and Wildcats on a desperate strike in the dark, but the Japanese are out there somewhere... Meanwhile, we suffer a major setback in New Guinea. This war is far from over, for sure. But the New York Times has a headline to keep the folks behind us here, more to come!
