What do I even do as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)?
Most people don't know what occupational therapy is, let alone what occupational therapy assistants do. Additionally, you might wonder what I, personally, do as an OTA in a pediatric outpatient setting. So, let me walk you through some examples of the kinds of things I do at work as an autistic OTA!
