Parkinson's Law & Deadlines ✍️
Parkinson's Law & deadlines are incredibly effective for productivity, focus, and concentration. It states that the work expands to fill the time given to complete it, and I find that to be true. By giving ourselves strict deadlines, we're able to focus better and accomplish more overall. This is a clip from a video where I document my struggle to focus before discovering a highly underrated productivity / concentration technique, visual focus training. I tell the story of how, and why, I built an app for this technique, going from idea to design to finished app. Check it out!
