In this bonus video, we'll learn how to make a Jacob's Ladder science toy. You may have seen these in an old, black-and-white sci-fi movie along with beakers and, maybe, a Tesla coil.
They are really cool to watch, and even more fun to code. Once you've learned how the program works, you can go crazy with it. Add more sparks; make them bigger; change their color; make them move faster or slower. It's fun to see what you can make it do.
I hope you enjoy this video. If you do, please consider a donation to the Processing Foundation to help fund the platform, provide educational resources and offer some entertainment for an old coder, like me. I couldn't make these video with them!
