PSA: Don't Buy Cheap E-Bay Rollers from China
No matter how much I tried I couldn't get the rollers to actually do what they were supposed to. Roll.
I've replaced them with Kreitlers. This was the one time I went cheap. I won't make that mistake on bike parts again.
