we need to figure out what motivates our ideal customers,
when it comes to considering our product, service or app offer.
To do this, we need to get to know our prospect in depth to understand:
• Their needs and aspirations when it comes to our category.
• What they consider valuable in relation to our offer.
• The type of brands they relate to and why.
• How best to communicate in a way that speaks to them.
• How to deliver a superior customer experience.
• What makes us better than our competition (from their perspective).
