Skiing Split Mountain's North Face
What I remember most about this trip is that the skiing seemed to go on forever. Split is a huge mountain, and it took over 8 hours for us to climb it. But when we gained the High Sierra crest and saw snow all the way up the north ramp to the summit, we knew we were going to have a very special day.
