What will help me make the growth and progress (or change) I want in my life and in my parenting?

I also share my personal experiences with a few of the therapeutic modalities that I've tried.

3:50min - The physical body is where we access our intuition via sensations
4:30min - Acupuncture
5:28min - Physical body work
6:29min - Somatic therapy
9:10min -- Some treatments bring lots of relief fairly quickly, but it doesn't last
13:00min -- The benefits and reasons it's best to follow your own gut feelings when it comes to deciding on a therapy and practitioner.
