Ball Valve Leak, What Happened?
Brass Ball valve has a sand hole in it from casting, as best we can guess, causing a tiny leak. We are thankful it had not caused any damage to the existing water heater, sometimes called "hot" water heater by clients. Snakes just seem to pop up in the most unusual places for us. LOL
