Copper Solder Joint Fail, WHY?
When you get the call you are trying to do a good deed for your neighbor but instead you have ran over his garden hose with the lawn mower and jerked the copper spigot away from the copper trunk line along with the emergency shut off , it is a good idea to have your favorite plumber on speed dial! We were able to talk our friend/client through shutting the water off at the meter until we were able to arrive and replace the outside faucet with a new one and a shut off valve replacement as well, all before the home owner returned from vacation!
